— Process

At Murphy Built, we believe that a great finished product starts with great relationships with our clients. Design is a collaborative process, and the clients’ knowledge of their own needs is as important as the expertise of both the architect and builder.

The most efficient and effective projects balance input from the client, builder, and architect early on in the design process.

Our in-house engineering firm provides added structural expertise and can provide significant savings and economical solutions to complex designs.

With a proposed budget and MurphyBuilt on board from initial design, building costs can be assessed better and revisions kept to a minimum, making sure projects stay on budget and designs become a reality.
